We are all creatures of Tane Mahuta, the god of the birds, the insects, the forests and the men of the earth.\u00a0 We all come from the red earth from which the first woman was created.\u00a0 But while there are children who are correct and generous under the sun, others lie in wait and feed on hatred and lamentations in the dark.The Children of Peace are the seeds which our mother earth helps to grow.\u00a0\u00a0 In the search for the light, they rise toward the heavens becoming great trees in the forest.\u00a0 But the Children of Darkness are like stunted plants.\u00a0 Their soul is expressed among stony roots and twigs which inhibit and cut short their growth.\u00a0 Their anger only feeds more anger, growing without objective or sense to confound and obscure, molest and damage.\u00a0 The darkness has forgotten the beauty of the erect, free trees.\u00a0 They are the children of Tu Ma Tauenga, the god of war.\u00a0 While we march to the beat of his drums, we remain as children, shackled to a limited spirit, chained to a malevolent soul, bound to a body which confuses strength with destruction and delights in the sufferings of others.\u00a0 Hunger and greed are the torments created by these warriors of death.<\/p>\n

We are all creatures of Tane Mahuta and we follow Rongo Marae Roa, the goddess of peace.\u00a0 Remember that our ancestors came from different peoples.\u00a0 The skin of some was dark; of others, yellow or white.\u00a0 During many generations, Atea, the current of life, ruled and the world of the light was entrusted to us.\u00a0 Then Po Kerere, the night, descended upon us and covered all with darkness.\u00a0 You are now the children of a new people.\u00a0 Take care of one another.\u00a0 Follow the path of love.\u00a0 Caress and cult\u00edvate the Child of Peace.<\/p>\n
